About Mrs. Hobbs
Teaching was an easy career choice since I spent most of my childhood playing teacher with my stuffed animals and dolls! I began my pursuit of teaching in the teacher cadet and internship program offered at North Davidson High School.
After high school, I attended and graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I also earned a concentration in Spanish and began teaching in 2007.
After teaching for a year, I completed a Master's Degree from Walden University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Teaching is such an enjoyable and rewarding career. Not only do I value working with the children, I can continue to learn along the way!
