About Mariah Mitchell (known as Ms. Mariah)

 

My name is Mariah Mitchell, and I am happy to be the school counselor at Northwest Elementary.  I have both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Wake Forest University.  I have been the counselor at Northwest for 19 years, and enjoy this community.  Here are some roles I do at school:

Classroom social emotional lessons.

Small groups and clubs.

Talking to individual students about a certain issue.

Coordinating 504 plans.
