As the principal of Northwest Elementary, I am thrilled to return to where my journey in education began. Having started as a special education teacher in Wilmington, NC, I carry with me a deep passion for inclusive education and student success. With three years of administrative experience under my belt, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where every student thrives. I firmly believe in the power of education to transform lives and am committed to ensuring that all students, regardless of background or ability, have access to quality learning experiences. In my role, I take immense joy in witnessing the growth and development of our students as they embark on their educational journeys. Beyond the school walls, I cherish spending time with my family and embracing the wonders of the outdoors, finding balance and rejuvenation in nature. As principal, I am wholeheartedly invested in cultivating a supportive community where students are not only encouraged to learn but are inspired to become lifelong learners.
