Digital Resources provided by Davidson County Public Library

 

Students have access to NC Digital Kids eBooks and audio books from the public library. Follow the instructions to access the resources.

 

How to Access NC Digital Kids eBooks & Audiobooks

 

Students can borrow free digital books through the Davidson County Public Library using their Student ID / Lunch number. Note: Student ID and Lunch number are the same number. 

 

Step 1: Click before on the NC Kids Digital Library or NC Digital Level Up Digital Library below.

 

Step 2: Click "My account" or "Sign in" in the top right corner. Choose "Davidson County Public Library" from the  drop down list. 

 

Step 3: Enter Your Login Information. 

             Student ID: Your student ID / Lunch number

             PIN: The last 4 digits of your student ID

             Example:

             Student ID: 123456789

             PIN: 6789

 

Step 4: Borrow a Book 

             Click on the book you want

             Choose how long you want to borrow it

             Select Borrow

             Choose to Read or Listen 

 

Notes: 

You will need the free Libby app to read or listen on a tablet.

Books will return automatically when the loan period ends.

You may return books if you finish before the due date.
